“As talent pool of the Commerzbank, we have the clear management board directive to identify and develop future leaders for the company. Thomas‘ program „Strategic Leadership“ is an integral part of our customized qualification program. Until now, more than 10 cohorts have attended the whole program or participated in some of the three leadership modules. The feedback is very positive. Next to the intensive self-reflective character of the training, the program contains again and again elements (such as on expectation management) which are adopted and become tools that we use internally.“ Dr. Ralf Klinge, Geschäftsführer, Commerz Business Consulting
