Her expertise sits at the intersection of personal development, leadership, and business strategy to help clients attain successful outcomes. She has designed and delivered 3 leadership programs (6-9 months), 1 career transition program, and 18 custom workshops.
Songya holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University. She also has an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Professional certifications include PCC qualification through the International Coaching Federation, certified Level7 Executive Coach, and Happy Workplaces Facilitator. She speaks English and Chinese, and is currently learning German.
