Natalie is an executive coach and strategic consultant with 15 years of leadership experience in Marketing and Sales in large corporations. She has held various executive positions, with her last position as Marketing Director at Telefonica O2 Germany for 10 years. She also worked as a consultant for various clients to define and implement digital customer journeys to increase customer experience and drive growth. Her high energy and her strategic mindset brings clarity to complex situations and sets the basis for sustainable implementation.
Natalie holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-MaximiliansUniversity, Munich. She is a certified systemic business coach (DGSF) and systemic therapeutic consultant as well as an experienced facilitator. She is certified in the psychometric profiling tool INSIGHTS MDI. Natalie works in German and English.
