Mariano has been working in people and organisational development globally for 21 years. His mission is to grow agile, mindful and connected leaders who people choose to follow. He specialises in Senior Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Agile High-Performing Teams. Based in the UK, Mariano works in English and Spanish.


Mariano has managed Learning, Development and Talent functions (Citi, GE, Barclays) in various big corporates for 15 years, is a seasoned keynote speaker and has facilitated events in front of big audiences. As a consultant and coach, Mariano combines his deep knowledge of how multinationals operate with a passion for helping leaders create the space they need to grow and contribute to their organisations and society. As a guest lecturer on Executive Coaching at Birkbeck College, University of London, Mariano has the skills to develop and coach CEOs, Partners, and Directors across sectors.


Mariano has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, and a Bachelor in Business. He is an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds certifications for various psychometric instruments including EQi, MBTI and 360 Feedback (Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level B – British Psychological Society).
