Kashmir’s mission is to “humanise institutions”.  He achieves this by providing leaders with  hands-on practical tools, skills and a system that shifts the organisation from an industrial-model to a knowledge-basedculture. This transforms the way people realise their own potential. It alters how people draw the best out of each other. This in turn transforms the value experienced by customers, suppliers, communities, regulators and investors in the form of trust and tangible results.


Kashmir has adapted the Toyota Way and TPS to apply The Way beyond the limits of Lean Thinking across a wide range of sectors including mining, banking, retail, media, non-for-profit, start-ups and healthcare.
He draws best practices from cybernetics, complex adaptive systems, agile, lean, requisite hierarchical and tribal systems to enable leaders to transform how they lead and the institutions they lead. His methods provide coherence in authority, culture, accountability and governance to drive innovation and sustainable cost reduction.


Kashmir holds a BA Honours degree in Economics and Management Accounting. He was trained by Jeff Sutherland (one of the original authors of the Agile Manifesto) as a Certified Scrum Master. Kashmir received Co-Active Coach Training from CTI in London. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through CTI’s Coaching Certification Program, recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He coaches in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
